By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or making any bookings.

  1. Service Agreement: All services provided are intended to promote health, wellness, and relaxation. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse service at our discretion, especially if a client’s behavior or health condition may impede the success of the therapy.
  2. Appointments: Session time includes consultation and dressing. First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience. Please note, that the total time of your appointment includes consultation and dressing time.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  4. Liability: Clients should disclose any medical conditions or concerns before treatment. While we provide professional therapy, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or health complications that may arise during or after the therapy.
  5. Payment Terms: All services are to be paid at the time of the appointment. Payments can be made through available methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
